All New York State maple syrup is graded by color and strength of flavor. Darker syrups generally contain more maple flavor. Our syrup is available in Grade A Light, Medium, and Dark Amber, as well as Grade B Extra Dark. Unless otherwise specified, we will ship Grade A Dark Amber syrup. Due to unexpected seasonal differences, some grades of syrup may be unavailable; in these cases we will ship the next grade available. All sales of our syrup support our sugar maple research and extension programs.
